The fixed seat and seat stays minimizes any flex in the frame, making it an excellent handling bike. Adjustment for leg length is accomplished with a telescoping boom. This bike is unusual in that it was designed for a smaller 650c front wheel with a 700c rear wheel. It is in excellent condition appearing to be a very low mileage bike.
